There are moments in history when men are judged by their actions.  Free Men and Women have certain moral values which they live and reside by each day.  It’s common for one to work, travel, pay bills, take care of families, study, and become somebody in this New 2012 World Era.  It doesn’t matter if a person is from the United States, Russia, China, Israel, Syria, or any other place or country in the civilzed world, men & women are born with human rights.  Those rights are what allows good business to flourish so the revenues come into the state and national treasures to build a stronger country.  What makes a country great is when people are voting in it, educating themselves, and working to improve their communities by participation.  When those rights are taken away by a group, leader, or state, people naturally have the right to free themselves. In the 1776 Revolution in the United States, the free people of the 13 Colonies grew tired of the oppression by Great Britain at the time.  France was a World Power.  Middle East Countries existed during that stretch of history.  The Free People in the United States became Independent after the results of that Revolution keeping English as the National Language.  After the American Revolution occurred in 1787 the French Revolution changed World History in Europe at the time.  Free People became intolerant of their systems of door to door oppression, and history is recorded as such with limited assistance from other countries in order for that to happen and be made possible. In the United States after the Revolution, Americans had to commence a country on their own and protect it.      The same is going on for Syria.  Over 5400-6000 people have been reported killed throughout the country from Oppression by the Syrian government and military by it striking against free people whom are civilians, children, women, and the elderly.  The National Newspapers have the death figures higher and many have captured enough evidence for their to be a vote for their to be something done about it.  In Homs, Syria what is the point or purpose of all this killing? 200 or more people daily lose their lives throughout Syria from attacks by the military forces?  What is going on in the towns, and who is in control ordering these shellings versus free people?      Since the early 1970′s Syria has been ruled by One Party or leader.  Hafez Assad emerged after the Arab-Israeli War as a concession to pretend that he was against Israel by not recognizing it only playing two faces being the power to suppress other Arabs, Muslims, Christians, men and women whom are free people from entering Israel through Syria.  It is a lie of history in my opinion that result of a new power the fact that the United States supported the outcome of the Camp David Accord years later under President Carter when Eygpt did recognize Israel and Syria didn’t keeping the two technically at war with each other.      That gave the right for Israel to go to War in Syria for whatever reason.  The deal is keeping the regime in power supported by arms coming in from Russia and China in order to supress the Syrian People keeping them in check and in fear.  This is the main objective of the first Assad Regime along with the elites that supported it.  Now that the son of Hafez is in Power that information is out while at the same time the world is changing and free people want to be free from oppressive systems that has the ability to do what they have done.  There is no turning back.      I have Questions I’d like answered with first is Assad an IDF representative in power as a concession to know that he is in power versus some other power or entity?  Is any of that equipment being used from the first Persian Gulf War?      You hear for the supporters of this Assad Regime that the military and government are the security there.  That is a strong argument why the leaders have been in power for so long without votes to have National Elections since 1971.  The Supression, the Oppression, and the killing of innocent people has to stop.      In 2001 after the Terrorists attacks in the United States in 3 places, one of the terrorists were from Syria. The terrorists attacks automatically created an environment where Arab Americans and Muslim Americans were labeled and discriminated against.  The terrorist attacts of September 11, 2001 whether one has it as recorded or otherwise, the fact is 1 person from Syria was involved in the plot according to the highest officials in the government.  At the time I couldn’t believe all the reports, and still investigate that crime in order to get the truth.  Any person coming in from Syria, his government had to be aware of what he was doing coming from such a controlled state. Nothing gets out of there without the regime knowing. What that means is that government may have had knowledge of the attacks beforehand because of the people they sent was going to commit that crime.      The other senario even worse than that is if Our government was supporting the Assad Regime and these crimes in Syria were already happening before 2001, and the attack was a reason for that support of the Assad government then.  That is something that needs to be looked at most of all if the person committing the crime was doing it out of protest which is as bad or even worse.      In the beginning of these uprisings 2011, the Syrian Regime accused the people protesting as being “terrorists” similiar to how President Bush had his policy to have access to use.      The argument to go to War in Syria continues to be downplayed.  Those that planned such attacks like 2001 have covered up a lot of evidence in my opinion like during the time when Syrian military forces left Lebanon then Israel declared War versus Lebanon fighting Hezbollah whom are supported by Syria thus taking it out on Lebanon for having to leave at the time.      Regardless of reasons or theories when the attackers were indentified the War on Terror went to Afghanistan and soon after Iraq.  In Iraq later the United States assisted in the new democracy when President Bush changed Generals and Strategy Midway.  The Iraq war cost a lot of American Lives and it was disputed at home whether that war was necessary.  Regardless, the Iraq War result is so that Free People can have their rights back.  Perhaps without going to War and Saddam Hussein resigning moving to Russia may have prevented that War.      Saturday the United Nations Vote to assist Syria was vetoed by Russia and China.  Russia is sending ambassadors supporting the Assad Government and everything that goes along with it including how the regime’s support which when it started in 1971 during the time the Soviet Union was in Power.  The Soviet Union was a second product of opposite as the United States whom both were leading during the Post World War 2 Era. This is what makes this crisis unique the fact that nobody has the information nor understands it.      The Vetoes by Russia and China comes from the old powers and what it means now is nobody is there assisting the Syrian People whom are just taking these constant massacres.  Instead of the military protecting its own people when its own system requires its own citizens to join, they are shelling them with destructive weapons.  For me in the United States today I have had enough of what I have witnessed, and somebody needs to assist rather than having Russian Ambassadors endorsing the killing.  Free People don’t have to tolerate that.  Instead of the regime being civil and coming to a hault they continue to kill civilians.  People in Syria need to document this part of national history as much as possible in writing, video, audio, radio, newspapers, and spoils.       The government is calling it a civil war because they want to label an enemy versus it being a revolution and the banks changing hands.  If Russia and China support the regime so much why don’t the countries allow the leaders from Syria to live in exile in their countries by allowing them to buy some private property like in Russia?  The most important thing is when this is finished that exiles in that regime don’t end up in the United States.  It’s War going on there in Syria without it being contested.      When the United States went to War in Iraq it was for Free People.  The same needs to be looked at in Syria.  The U.S. Armed forces are leaving Afghanistan and I think it is a good strategic move by President Obama.  Many leaders in the United States from my party, the Republican Party, want to stay out of Syria and another war. When the cause is for Freedom and for free people leaders tend to ignore the fact that in past recent wars they voted on War before it was for that purpose rather to remove a dictator.  That is understandable.       In my opinion a War there would be quick, swift, and humanitarian.  A Humanitarian Mission the U.S. Army thirsts for. The regime would exit within 3 days.  The issue is taking the responsibility afterwards.  This is what the Syrian People have to understand that the United States wants to assist you because the United States is a Free People Nation.  However there are leaders that are lobbied against these positions.  This is one reason why the violence continues.      To add with escalating threats between Israel and Iran having Syria in this condition allows Israel to go to War without United Nations approval.  A lot of people are criticizing President Obama’s foreign Policy where I think he has done a better job than the candidates currently would do.  John McCain former Presidential Candidate stated that we need to assist Syria by allowing the Syrian People under Supression equipment in order for them to protect themselves if this continues. The term “Rebels” continues to be used by the Press versus Democratic Syrian People whom are the one’s being attacked.      I want to add that although Russia and China vetoed the measure Saturday, the United States supported the measure for Assad to give up power to the Vice President.      It doesn’t matter what Russia or China thinks.  It matters what free people think.  Let History be judged by that. The Pentagon today laid out options to assist Syria in this aweful crisis.  It is the last thing the United States wants right now and that is a War.  I think War can be prevented and that is going to be up to the Regime ceasing this while there is a reconstruction of peoples lives there in society.      People that are taking this abuse in Syria are seeing and experiencing first hand what a National Socialist Party can do.  The way the entity came into power at first seemed to be requested by some and unchallenged by the rest.  Now with a changing world I have never seen anything like this.  What I am reading about and seeing each day makes me sick. People want to be like us so let them.

For 13 straight days, the 3rd largest city Homs, Syria continues to be bombarded and shelled with heavy morning rocket fire from artillery where a million people are under siege.  The is limited U.S. Press footage because Syria is not allowing journalists to come in and report.  The first Western Journalist that died in Syria Gilles Jacquier was from France where he was authorized to go and report.  Gilles was with a team of 15 other journalists where they attended a Pro-Government rally in Damascus.  Gilles was among 8 people killed when a grenade landed in front of them while the team in Homs were talking to some locals.  The Journalists were escorted by police meaning they were being protected by the government.  Gilles was an Award winning and  experienced journalist out there to get more information on the killing taking place in Syrian towns like Homs. Gilles has covered news in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, and also covered news in Israel.  Gilles has reported in War Zones while this problem is more indiscrimate attacks on civilians since the streets became filled with people protesting government policies last March demanding political reforms.  He was guided and not protected.  There continues to be outcry on that attack and crime. Gilles was killed while he was escorted by police from the government.

The Importance of getting footage, news reports, and audio of what is going on in these neighborhoods such as Baba Amro can be the proof for war crimes.  The little footage we get shows tanks rolling through neighborhoods and shelling buildings indiscriminately.  The footage shows the Syrian Air Force laying out buildings from their bombs.  In Homs, Syria there is a humanitarian crisis occuring and it can only get worse if the Syrian Government forces continue their onslaught.  The Pipeline in Homs that is currently exploded the fact that the condition in Homs is this way there is no Independent Source to be inside to prove whether the pipeline was destroyed by a plane or by a sabatoge from people on the ground.

The hospitals are runned by the state.  What that means is during this scattering of people from military attacks on civilians people are afraid to go into a hospital for medical attention.  This creates pandamonium on the streets where a million people are under siege with Syrian Government forces surrounding the town of Homs.  There is onlaughting of other towns.  People are praying for help.  People are getting desperate, and changing their belief system when what is occuring is mass murder.  The Regime is responible for murdering children.  The needs for food, water, and medicine are desperate right now.

What kind of person would sniper and shoot a child?  From this report in the Independent.com.uk United Kingdom Newspaper written by Donald MacIntyre,  a youth was shot and the bullet entered his stomach.  The doctor Mohammad al Mohammad recorded the footage from a non adequate place to do a proceedure asking for someone to help him get transportation and the youth to a hospital.  The fact is people have no place to go while they are being attacked because the country is in such poor condition.

The al Assad Regime has announced a referendum and vote to be February 26, 2012 where they claim they intend on reforming the political system by creating a new constitution that will include Presidential term limits to 2 terms at 7 years, and for there to be some inclusion of parties.  This is a qoute why they are doing it: The Constitutional draft will turn the country “into an example to follow in terms of public freedoms and political plurality in a way to lay the foundation for a new stage that will enrich Syria’s cultural history.”  Right now Syria is not a country it’s a place that has no religion, and the people inside the country are being blamed constantly for the governments policies on other countries.  This is one reason why people are protesting because people don’t want to be blamed, catagorized, or be a part of a system that forces a person to enlist in their army then turns around to order the killing of civilians within the country.  Syria has no country right now and hasn’t since the Assad 1st regime came into power illegitamely  with their groups killing 10000 people in the city of Hama.

Arabs all over the world think twice visiting Syria because of what kind of crummy country it is under this regime where they attack anyone.  It would be nice to be a tourist someday, but for now and for the last 40 years, that is not going to happen.  How do you think their people feel when people get the wrong idea about them and people don’t want to add to their economy by visiting because people are afraid to travel there?  That means those that do travel do it with courage, and the other portion, the government is directing those travels.  This is where it becomes a national issue.   When the government there has that kind of relentless indiscriminatory authority attacking civilians this becomes a United Nations and World Issue.

Foreign Minister Lavrov is being blamed for the Veto by Russia in the UN Security Council.  The UN Security Council looks weak when they are unable to act on a humanitarian crisis to help get people needed food, water, and medicine.  The fact that Russia vetoed that in the UN shows that Russia is weak.  This draft of a new referendum doesn’t negate current war crimes.  The fact that while these announcements are made there are no changes on the ground.  This is a human issue.  The fact that the Assad Government continues to pounce on towns and shelling them with Rockets morning, noon, and night shows the lack of religious belief.

The main issue going on now is Syrian Army Defectors.  This is the key to end this siege with the growing number of defectors.  Why are they defecting knowing the consequences?  People have a religious conscience too.  The fact that the Assad Regime acts as if they are above Religious belief by ordering people to kill another person eventually the conscience is going to come up in thousands of people.  This shows calice by the Assad Regime leaders as if Religion doesn’t exist, or as if they are above religion or God, and even worse ordering people to act in crime versus another person to challenge the Man himself to see if anything can be done about it.  In history fanatics cross this line, and whether your a believer of a religion or not, if you don’t,  it doesn’t give you the right to commit heinous crimes versus another person or people because one doesn’t have a religious belief and you have the war equipment.

Eventually if the worlds nations don’t intervene, the Syrian people like the American people did will coordinate and fight back.  This is a problem brought on by the Regime for not being civil from the onset of the protests. What we have seen since March with 6000 people being killed shows the government is unable to govern a country.

People want to be free and people want to have freedom.  The regime is in the way of that.  The regime can and will continue to order shelling of towns.  Now the Army Defectors are giving more information on the intentions of the regime while this is taking place.  The UN Needs to send in tanks with humanitarian supplies to the people in the sieged cities because many people will die if there is no intervention.  The fact that the Syrian Government continues to order the door to door attacks on several cities shows they have no intention of letting up.  So now we know their position.  It is up to the UN to act as a UN in order to prevent a War.

Right Now, Syrian Army Forces have Homs surrounded.  The same can happen vice versa remember that if this does escalate more by the Syrian government continuing this.   Eventually Damascus will be surrounded versus the vary forces committing these crimes.  The first thing that needs to be allowed and done is get journalists in free to report by International Law.  If that is not going to be legal then the people in Syria are going to have to do it themselves to preserve the history while  enduring this onslaught.  Video Footage is crucial as this goes on so we identify the vary people committing these crimes so now people will have to make a choice in the meantime.  Help is coming.  I promise you.

A new consistution reform Feb 26, 2012 must include freedom of press in order to be genuine.  What that means is while the regime claims they are going to have a referendum including drafting a new constistution that freedom of press is so important to make these reforms go through regardless of who is in power.  The fact is by this announcement makes the freedom of press legal while at the same time the government is not allowing journalists coming in from the outside to report.  This is a key element the freedom of press to be including February 26, 2012 otherwise with continued war vs civilians what the regime says and claims is not going to happen.  Between now and February 26, 2012 in order to save face, the only thing left to do is evacuate the Syrian Army forces from towns and cities and stop the intrusion of civilians while people are barracaded inside in fear to go outside.

Google with No Customer Service on AdSense Ads on Domains

In 2005 I opened up http://Jamestowncalif.com to cover news reports going on the United States and World.  In 2006 I put up ads from adsense which google paid me for people clicking on the ads every 100.00 to my Wells Fargo Account.  I was paid on ads before a couple of times through 2008.  In 2008 I moved from Irvine to Anaheim Hills.   For some reason the phone company I was using changed and that meant that my jamestownfive@sbcglobal.net account became suspended. This enabled me to get into my google ads e-mail alerts to make changes.  In 2008 my Wells Fargo Account closed, and the second wammy on the ads occurred when the money for the ads went to nowhere.  I constantly tried to find ways to contact google adsense through their sites.  There was not a single phone number to call, leave a message, and have someone to call back if the company is busy.  Its so funny how much money google makes, but they have no humans assisting customers on their needs.  They have only links that link to non assistants.  Then I created a gmail account, and adsense is available on that account, only it is not possible to update old information. If I can just send an e-mail?  Only google adsense sends no reply mail.  So much money is lost in the economy by this bad policy of nerd customer service with no service.

What I needed was to update my bank account information for payments, collect old moneys that went to the old account, and move everything to the gmail address.  Not possible with google adsense still in the 20th century when it comes to assisting people.  I also tried contacting google by googling google adsense, and there are no contact numbers for that.  Maybe I am missing something and I can just mail in my letter to the Mountain View Address.  I also wrote about my complaints on forums, and was given a reply by a nice person stating that I do have a record of payment on so and so date, and the last payment occurred on this date.  But since the last payment I have received nothing.

My hosting costs 100.00 a year for http://Jamestowncalif.com and http://Jamestownjupiter.com The ads sense purpose was for people clicking on the ads when they are on my page after I hand out a card or flyer, google makes money.  But I don’t when they don’t pay me for the ads.  Now after a couple of forum complains I received this e-mail that I am going to post next paragraph.  To add the hosting company suspended my account when I needed to get those news reports out the most because I didn’t make that payment.  That is my fault.  Only the ads are something now for 4 years I have not been paid, and I think I am owed some money.

This is the e-mail I received from google regards to my use of adsense while they have yet to pay me any money. I get 4000 clicks a day on my webpage http://Jamestowncalif.com (that doesn’t count clicks on the ads)

The subject is retiring my ads on google adsense for my domains.  I find this e-mail as discriminatory.  I also replied and I was given a return or no-reply.  I mean what kind of Crap Communist Company service is this that pockets money in the ads in the fashion they do, and not have any oversite or person on phones being paid to assist customers if a basic change occurs so people can get some money which later goes to the gas companies anyways.

I will eventually figure it out.  Only I have had a large gab of none payments, and every attempt I have made for someone in the company to assist, there is no link, no number, no anything to get things straight.  Now I am not only disappointed, but I am extremely ticked off for being talked to like this by any company none the less some internet ads company that is not as good as it makes itself to be.

People want to be free and people want to have freedom.  The regime is in the way of that.  The regime can and will continue to order shelling of towns.  Now the Army Defectors are giving more information on the intentions of the regime while this is taking place.  The UN Needs to send in tanks with humanitarian supplies to the people in the sieged cities because many people will die if there is no intervention.  The fact that the Syrian Government continues to order the door to door attacks on several cities shows they have no intention of letting up.  So now we know their position.  It is up to the UN to act as a UN in order to prevent a War.

Right Now, Syrian Army Forces have Homs surrounded.  The same can happen vice versa remember that if this does escalate more by the Syrian government continuing this.   Eventually Damascus will be surrounded versus the vary forces committing these crimes.  The first thing that needs to be allowed and done is get journalists in free to report by International Law.  If that is not going to be legal then the people in Syria are going to have to do it themselves to preserve the history while  enduring this onslaught.  Video Footage is crucial as this goes on so we identify the vary people committing these crimes so now people will have to make a choice in the meantime.  Help is coming.  I promise you.

A new consistution reform Feb 26, 2012 must include freedom of press in order to be genuine.  What that means is while the regime claims they are going to have a referendum including drafting a new constistution that freedom of press is so important to make these reforms go through regardless of who is in power.  The fact is by this announcement makes the freedom of press legal while at the same time the government is not allowing journalists coming in from the outside to report.  This is a key element the freedom of press to be including February 26, 2012 otherwise with continued war vs civilians what the regime says and claims is not going to happen.  Between now and February 26, 2012 in order to save face, the only thing left to do is evacuate the Syrian Army forces from towns and cities and stop the intrusion of civilians while people are barracaded inside in fear to go outside.

NBA: Los Angeles Lakers vs Phoenix Suns Sunday Night 102-90

Lakers/Suns 102-90 Sunday Night.  1 of the worst performances of the season.  A lot different than the 111-99 win at Staples, the Los Angeles Lakers score 90 points shows me the Lakers need another player to step up & score 10-12 pts/a game especially when not all the starting 5 show up to work Sunday Night.  The Worst part of this game 1 lead change, and 0 times the game was tied.  Its starting to hurt the road defeats.  The game at New York, but this one Lakers score 19, 21, 27, & 23 vs Suns 35, 28, 19, & 20. The Suns 102-90.  Lakers bench score 23 points with Murphey scoring 8 points only he missed 4 good open looks (3-7 FG’s). Metta Peace 2 pts, 2 rebounds, and -16 on 18:56 of useless production. Talk about +/- Bynum at 17 points goes -17. Derek Fisher 2 pts, 3 assists & -17. Kobe -9 missing shots of long distance rather than driving to the hoop.  McRoberts and Barnes go -10.  The Lakers shoot 3-18 on 3 pt FG’s at 16%. Even the Free Throws 17-25 is 68% not good.  Coach the way you played tonight was Not great.  Who is Ultimately responsible for a 90 point performance vs the Phoenix Suns Sunday Night? ESPN Radio at Murphey acted as if they knew where I was going with it.  They didn’t. There are moments in history when men are judged by their actions.  Free Men and Women have certain moral values which they live and reside by each day.  It’s common for one to work, travel, pay bills, take care of families, study, and become somebody in this New 2012 World Era.  It doesn’t matter if a person is from the United States, Russia, China, Israel, Syria, or any other place or country in the civilzed world, men & women are born with human rights.  Those rights are what allows good business to flourish so the revenues come into the state and national treasures to build a stronger country.  What makes a country great is when people are voting in it, educating themselves, and working to improve their communities by participation.  When those rights are taken away by a group, leader, or state, people naturally have the right to free themselves. In the 1776 Revolution in the United States, the free people of the 13 Colonies grew tired of the oppression by Great Britain at the time.  France was a World Power.  Middle East Countries existed during that stretch of history.  The Free People in the United States became Independent after the results of that Revolution keeping English as the National Language.  After the American Revolution occurred in 1787 the French Revolution changed World History in Europe at the time.  Free People became intolerant of their systems of door to door oppression, and history is recorded as such with limited assistance from other countries in order for that to happen and be made possible. In the United States after the Revolution, Americans had to commence a country on their own and protect it.      The same is going on for Syria.  Over 5400-6000 people have been reported killed throughout the country from Oppression by the Syrian government and military by it striking against free people whom are civilians, children, women, and the elderly.  The National Newspapers have the death figures higher and many have captured enough evidence for their to be a vote for their to be something done about it.  In Homs, Syria what is the point or purpose of all this killing? 200 or more people daily lose their lives throughout Syria from attacks by the military forces?  What is going on in the towns, and who is in control ordering these shellings versus free people?      Since the early 1970′s Syria has been ruled by One Party or leader.  Hafez Assad emerged after the Arab-Israeli War as a concession to pretend that he was against Israel by not recognizing it only playing two faces being the power to suppress other Arabs, Muslims, Christians, men and women whom are free people from entering Israel through Syria.  It is a lie of history in my opinion that result of a new power the fact that the United States supported the outcome of the Camp David Accord years later under President Carter when Eygpt did recognize Israel and Syria didn’t keeping the two technically at war with each other.      That gave the right for Israel to go to War in Syria for whatever reason.  The deal is keeping the regime in power supported by arms coming in from Russia and China in order to supress the Syrian People keeping them in check and in fear.  This is the main objective of the first Assad Regime along with the elites that supported it.  Now that the son of Hafez is in Power that information is out while at the same time the world is changing and free people want to be free from oppressive systems that has the ability to do what they have done.  There is no turning back.      I have Questions I’d like answered with first is Assad an IDF representative in power as a concession to know that he is in power versus some other power or entity?  Is any of that equipment being used from the first Persian Gulf War?      You hear for the supporters of this Assad Regime that the military and government are the security there.  That is a strong argument why the leaders have been in power for so long without votes to have National Elections since 1971.  The Supression, the Oppression, and the killing of innocent people has to stop.      In 2001 after the Terrorists attacks in the United States in 3 places, one of the terrorists were from Syria. The terrorists attacks automatically created an environment where Arab Americans and Muslim Americans were labeled and discriminated against.  The terrorist attacts of September 11, 2001 whether one has it as recorded or otherwise, the fact is 1 person from Syria was involved in the plot according to the highest officials in the government.  At the time I couldn’t believe all the reports, and still investigate that crime in order to get the truth.  Any person coming in from Syria, his government had to be aware of what he was doing coming from such a controlled state. Nothing gets out of there without the regime knowing. What that means is that government may have had knowledge of the attacks beforehand because of the people they sent was going to commit that crime.      The other senario even worse than that is if Our government was supporting the Assad Regime and these crimes in Syria were already happening before 2001, and the attack was a reason for that support of the Assad government then.  That is something that needs to be looked at most of all if the person committing the crime was doing it out of protest which is as bad or even worse.      In the beginning of these uprisings 2011, the Syrian Regime accused the people protesting as being “terrorists” similiar to how President Bush had his policy to have access to use.      The argument to go to War in Syria continues to be downplayed.  Those that planned such attacks like 2001 have covered up a lot of evidence in my opinion like during the time when Syrian military forces left Lebanon then Israel declared War versus Lebanon fighting Hezbollah whom are supported by Syria thus taking it out on Lebanon for having to leave at the time.      Regardless of reasons or theories when the attackers were indentified the War on Terror went to Afghanistan and soon after Iraq.  In Iraq later the United States assisted in the new democracy when President Bush changed Generals and Strategy Midway.  The Iraq war cost a lot of American Lives and it was disputed at home whether that war was necessary.  Regardless, the Iraq War result is so that Free People can have their rights back.  Perhaps without going to War and Saddam Hussein resigning moving to Russia may have prevented that War.      Saturday the United Nations Vote to assist Syria was vetoed by Russia and China.  Russia is sending ambassadors supporting the Assad Government and everything that goes along with it including how the regime’s support which when it started in 1971 during the time the Soviet Union was in Power.  The Soviet Union was a second product of opposite as the United States whom both were leading during the Post World War 2 Era. This is what makes this crisis unique the fact that nobody has the information nor understands it.      The Vetoes by Russia and China comes from the old powers and what it means now is nobody is there assisting the Syrian People whom are just taking these constant massacres.  Instead of the military protecting its own people when its own system requires its own citizens to join, they are shelling them with destructive weapons.  For me in the United States today I have had enough of what I have witnessed, and somebody needs to assist rather than having Russian Ambassadors endorsing the killing.  Free People don’t have to tolerate that.  Instead of the regime being civil and coming to a hault they continue to kill civilians.  People in Syria need to document this part of national history as much as possible in writing, video, audio, radio, newspapers, and spoils.       The government is calling it a civil war because they want to label an enemy versus it being a revolution and the banks changing hands.  If Russia and China support the regime so much why don’t the countries allow the leaders from Syria to live in exile in their countries by allowing them to buy some private property like in Russia?  The most important thing is when this is finished that exiles in that regime don’t end up in the United States.  It’s War going on there in Syria without it being contested.      When the United States went to War in Iraq it was for Free People.  The same needs to be looked at in Syria.  The U.S. Armed forces are leaving Afghanistan and I think it is a good strategic move by President Obama.  Many leaders in the United States from my party, the Republican Party, want to stay out of Syria and another war. When the cause is for Freedom and for free people leaders tend to ignore the fact that in past recent wars they voted on War before it was for that purpose rather to remove a dictator.  That is understandable.       In my opinion a War there would be quick, swift, and humanitarian.  A Humanitarian Mission the U.S. Army thirsts for. The regime would exit within 3 days.  The issue is taking the responsibility afterwards.  This is what the Syrian People have to understand that the United States wants to assist you because the United States is a Free People Nation.  However there are leaders that are lobbied against these positions.  This is one reason why the violence continues.      To add with escalating threats between Israel and Iran having Syria in this condition allows Israel to go to War without United Nations approval.  A lot of people are criticizing President Obama’s foreign Policy where I think he has done a better job than the candidates currently would do.  John McCain former Presidential Candidate stated that we need to assist Syria by allowing the Syrian People under Supression equipment in order for them to protect themselves if this continues. The term “Rebels” continues to be used by the Press versus Democratic Syrian People whom are the one’s being attacked.      I want to add that although Russia and China vetoed the measure Saturday, the United States supported the measure for Assad to give up power to the Vice President.      It doesn’t matter what Russia or China thinks.  It matters what free people think.  Let History be judged by that. The Pentagon today laid out options to assist Syria in this aweful crisis.  It is the last thing the United States wants right now and that is a War.  I think War can be prevented and that is going to be up to the Regime ceasing this while there is a reconstruction of peoples lives there in society.      People that are taking this abuse in Syria are seeing and experiencing first hand what a National Socialist Party can do.  The way the entity came into power at first seemed to be requested by some and unchallenged by the rest.  Now with a changing world I have never seen anything like this.  What I am reading about and seeing each day makes me sick. People want to be like us so let them.

For 13 straight days, the 3rd largest city Homs, Syria continues to be bombarded and shelled with heavy morning rocket fire from artillery where a million people are under siege.  The is limited U.S. Press footage because Syria is not allowing journalists to come in and report.  The first Western Journalist that died in Syria Gilles Jacquier was from France where he was authorized to go and report.  Gilles was with a team of 15 other journalists where they attended a Pro-Government rally in Damascus.  Gilles was among 8 people killed when a grenade landed in front of them while the team in Homs were talking to some locals.  The Journalists were escorted by police meaning they were being protected by the government.  Gilles was an Award winning and  experienced journalist out there to get more information on the killing taking place in Syrian towns like Homs. Gilles has covered news in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, and also covered news in Israel.  Gilles has reported in War Zones while this problem is more indiscrimate attacks on civilians since the streets became filled with people protesting government policies last March demanding political reforms.  He was guided and not protected.  There continues to be outcry on that attack and crime. Gilles was killed while he was escorted by police from the government.

The Importance of getting footage, news reports, and audio of what is going on in these neighborhoods such as Baba Amro can be the proof for war crimes.  The little footage we get shows tanks rolling through neighborhoods and shelling buildings indiscriminately.  The footage shows the Syrian Air Force laying out buildings from their bombs.  In Homs, Syria there is a humanitarian crisis occuring and it can only get worse if the Syrian Government forces continue their onslaught.  The Pipeline in Homs that is currently exploded the fact that the condition in Homs is this way there is no Independent Source to be inside to prove whether the pipeline was destroyed by a plane or by a sabatoge from people on the ground.

The hospitals are runned by the state.  What that means is during this scattering of people from military attacks on civilians people are afraid to go into a hospital for medical attention.  This creates pandamonium on the streets where a million people are under siege with Syrian Government forces surrounding the town of Homs.  There is onlaughting of other towns.  People are praying for help.  People are getting desperate, and changing their belief system when what is occuring is mass murder.  The Regime is responible for murdering children.  The needs for food, water, and medicine are desperate right now.

What kind of person would sniper and shoot a child?  From this report in the Independent.com.uk United Kingdom Newspaper written by Donald MacIntyre,  a youth was shot and the bullet entered his stomach.  The doctor Mohammad al Mohammad recorded the footage from a non adequate place to do a proceedure asking for someone to help him get transportation and the youth to a hospital.  The fact is people have no place to go while they are being attacked because the country is in such poor condition.

The al Assad Regime has announced a referendum and vote to be February 26, 2012 where they claim they intend on reforming the political system by creating a new constitution that will include Presidential term limits to 2 terms at 7 years, and for there to be some inclusion of parties.  This is a qoute why they are doing it: The Constitutional draft will turn the country “into an example to follow in terms of public freedoms and political plurality in a way to lay the foundation for a new stage that will enrich Syria’s cultural history.”  Right now Syria is not a country it’s a place that has no religion, and the people inside the country are being blamed constantly for the governments policies on other countries.  This is one reason why people are protesting because people don’t want to be blamed, catagorized, or be a part of a system that forces a person to enlist in their army then turns around to order the killing of civilians within the country.  Syria has no country right now and hasn’t since the Assad 1st regime came into power illegitamely  with their groups killing 10000 people in the city of Hama.

Arabs all over the world think twice visiting Syria because of what kind of crummy country it is under this regime where they attack anyone.  It would be nice to be a tourist someday, but for now and for the last 40 years, that is not going to happen.  How do you think their people feel when people get the wrong idea about them and people don’t want to add to their economy by visiting because people are afraid to travel there?  That means those that do travel do it with courage, and the other portion, the government is directing those travels.  This is where it becomes a national issue.   When the government there has that kind of relentless indiscriminatory authority attacking civilians this becomes a United Nations and World Issue.

Foreign Minister Lavrov is being blamed for the Veto by Russia in the UN Security Council.  The UN Security Council looks weak when they are unable to act on a humanitarian crisis to help get people needed food, water, and medicine.  The fact that Russia vetoed that in the UN shows that Russia is weak.  This draft of a new referendum doesn’t negate current war crimes.  The fact that while these announcements are made there are no changes on the ground.  This is a human issue.  The fact that the Assad Government continues to pounce on towns and shelling them with Rockets morning, noon, and night shows the lack of religious belief.

Eventually if the worlds nations don’t intervene, the Syrian people like the American people did will coordinate and fight back.  This is a problem brought on by the Regime for not being civil from the onset of the protests. What we have seen since March with 6000 people being killed shows the government is unable to govern a country.

People want to be free and people want to have freedom.  The regime is in the way of that.  The regime can and will continue to order shelling of towns.  Now the Army Defectors are giving more information on the intentions of the regime while this is taking place.  The UN Needs to send in tanks with humanitarian supplies to the people in the sieged cities because many people will die if there is no intervention.  The fact that the Syrian Government continues to order the door to door attacks on several cities shows they have no intention of letting up.  So now we know their position.  It is up to the UN to act as a UN in order to prevent a War.

Right Now, Syrian Army Forces have Homs surrounded.  The same can happen vice versa remember that if this does escalate more by the Syrian government continuing this.   Eventually Damascus will be surrounded versus the vary forces committing these crimes.  The first thing that needs to be allowed and done is get journalists in free to report by International Law.  If that is not going to be legal then the people in Syria are going to have to do it themselves to preserve the history while  enduring this onslaught.  Video Footage is crucial as this goes on so we identify the vary people committing these crimes so now people will have to make a choice in the meantime.  Help is coming.  I promise you.

A new consistution reform Feb 26, 2012 must include freedom of press in order to be genuine.  What that means is while the regime claims they are going to have a referendum including drafting a new constistution that freedom of press is so important to make these reforms go through regardless of who is in power.  The fact is by this announcement makes the freedom of press legal while at the same time the government is not allowing journalists coming in from the outside to report.  This is a key element the freedom of press to be including February 26, 2012 otherwise with continued war vs civilians what the regime says and claims is not going to happen.  Between now and February 26, 2012 in order to save face, the only thing left to do is evacuate the Syrian Army forces from towns and cities and stop the intrusion of civilians while people are barracaded inside in fear to go outside.

There are moments in history when men are judged by their actions.  Free Men and Women have certain moral values which they live and reside by each day.  It’s common for one to work, travel, pay bills, take care of families, study, and become somebody in this New 2012 World Era.  It doesn’t matter if a person is from the United States, Russia, China, Israel, Syria, or any other place or country in the civilzed world, men & women are born with human rights.  Those rights are what allows good business to flourish so the revenues come into the state and national treasures to build a stronger country.  What makes a country great is when people are voting in it, educating themselves, and working to improve their communities by participation.  When those rights are taken away by a group, leader, or state, people naturally have the right to free themselves. In the 1776 Revolution in the United States, the free people of the 13 Colonies grew tired of the oppression by Great Britain at the time.  France was a World Power.  Middle East Countries existed during that stretch of history.  The Free People in the United States became Independent after the results of that Revolution keeping English as the National Language.  After the American Revolution occurred in 1787 the French Revolution changed World History in Europe at the time.  Free People became intolerant of their systems of door to door oppression, and history is recorded as such with limited assistance from other countries in order for that to happen and be made possible. In the United States after the Revolution, Americans had to commence a country on their own and protect it.      The same is going on for Syria.  Over 5400-6000 people have been reported killed throughout the country from Oppression by the Syrian government and military by it striking against free people whom are civilians, children, women, and the elderly.  The National Newspapers have the death figures higher and many have captured enough evidence for their to be a vote for their to be something done about it.  In Homs, Syria what is the point or purpose of all this killing? 200 or more people daily lose their lives throughout Syria from attacks by the military forces?  What is going on in the towns, and who is in control ordering these shellings versus free people?      Since the early 1970′s Syria has been ruled by One Party or leader.  Hafez Assad emerged after the Arab-Israeli War as a concession to pretend that he was against Israel by not recognizing it only playing two faces being the power to suppress other Arabs, Muslims, Christians, men and women whom are free people from entering Israel through Syria.  It is a lie of history in my opinion that result of a new power the fact that the United States supported the outcome of the Camp David Accord years later under President Carter when Eygpt did recognize Israel and Syria didn’t keeping the two technically at war with each other.      That gave the right for Israel to go to War in Syria for whatever reason.  The deal is keeping the regime in power supported by arms coming in from Russia and China in order to supress the Syrian People keeping them in check and in fear.  This is the main objective of the first Assad Regime along with the elites that supported it.  Now that the son of Hafez is in Power that information is out while at the same time the world is changing and free people want to be free from oppressive systems that has the ability to do what they have done.  There is no turning back.      I have Questions I’d like answered with first is Assad an IDF representative in power as a concession to know that he is in power versus some other power or entity?  Is any of that equipment being used from the first Persian Gulf War?      You hear for the supporters of this Assad Regime that the military and government are the security there.  That is a strong argument why the leaders have been in power for so long without votes to have National Elections since 1971.  The Supression, the Oppression, and the killing of innocent people has to stop.      In 2001 after the Terrorists attacks in the United States in 3 places, one of the terrorists were from Syria. The terrorists attacks automatically created an environent where Arab Americans and Muslim Americans were labeled and discriminated against.  The terrorist attacts of September 11, 2001 whether one has it as recorded or otherwise, the fact is 1 person from Syria was involved in the plot according to the highest officials in the government.  At the time I couldn’t believe all the reports, and still investigate that crime in order to get the truth.  Any person coming in from Syria, his government had to be aware of what he was doing coming from such a controlled state. Nothing gets out of there without the regime knowing. What that means is that government may have had knowledge of the attacks beforehand because of the people they sent was going to commit that crime.      The other senario even worse than that is if Our government was supporting the Assad Regime and these crimes in Syria were already happening before 2001, and the attack was a reason for that support of the Assad government then.  That is something that needs to be looked at most of all if the person committing the crime was doing it out of protest which is as bad or even worse.      In the beginning of these uprisings 2011, the Syrian Regime accused the people protesting as being “terrorists” similiar to how President Bush had his policy to have access to use.      The argument to go to War in Syria continues to be downplayed.  Those that planned such attacks like 2001 have covered up a lot of evidence in my opinion like during the time when Syrian military forces left Lebanon then Israel declared War versus Lebanon fighting Hezbollah whom are supported by Syria thus taking it out on Lebanon for having to leave at the time.      Regardless of reasons or theories when the attackers were indentified the War on Terror went to Afghanistan and soon after Iraq.  In Iraq later the United States assisted in the new democracy when President Bush changed Generals and Strategy Midway.  The Iraq war cost a lot of American Lives and it was disputed at home whether that war was necessary.  Regardless, the Iraq War result is so that Free People can have their rights back.  Perhaps without going to War and Saddam Hussein resigning moving to Russia may have prevented that War.      Saturday the United Nations Vote to assist Syria was vetoed by Russia and China.  Russia is sending ambassadors supporting the Assad Government and everything that goes along with it including how the regime’s support which when it started in 1971 during the time the Soviet Union was in Power.  The Soviet Union was a second product of opposite as the United States whom both were leading during the Post World War 2 Era. This is what makes this crisis unique the fact that nobody has the information nor understands it.      The Vetoes by Russia and China comes from the old powers and what it means now is nobody is there assisting the Syrian People whom are just taking these constant massacres.  Instead of the military protecting its own people when its own system requires its own citizens to join, they are shelling them with destructive weapons.  For me in the United States today I have had enough of what I have witnessed, and somebody needs to assist rather than having Russian Ambassadors endorsing the killing.  Free People don’t have to tolerate that.  Instead of the regime being civil and coming to a hault they continue to kill civilians.  People in Syria need to document this part of national history as much as possible in writing, video, audio, radio, newspapers, and spoils.       The government is calling it a civil war because they want to label an enemy versus it being a revolution and the banks changing hands.  If Russia and China support the regime so much why don’t the countries allow the leaders from Syria to live in exile in their countries by allowing them to buy some private property like in Russia?  The most important thing is when this is finished that exiles in that regime don’t end up in the United States.  It’s War going on there in Syria without it being contested.      When the United States went to War in Iraq it was for Free People.  The same needs to be looked at in Syria.  The U.S. Armed forces are leaving Afghanistan and I think it is a good strategic move by President Obama.  Many leaders in the United States from my party, the Republican Party, want to stay out of Syria and another war. When the cause is for Freedom and for free people leaders tend to ignore the fact that in past recent wars they voted on War before it was for that purpose rather to remove a dictator.  That is understandable.       In my opinion a War there would be quick, swift, and humanitarian.  A Humanitarian Mission the U.S. Army thirsts for. The regime would exit within 3 days.  The issue is taking the responsibility afterwards.  This is what the Syrian People have to understand that the United States wants to assist you because the United States is a Free People Nation.  However there are leaders that are lobbied against these positions.  This is one reason why the violence continues.      To add with escalating threats between Israel and Iran having Syria in this condition allows Israel to go to War without United Nations approval.  A lot of people are criticizing President Obama’s foreign Policy where I think he has done a better job than the candidates currently would do.  John McCain former Presidential Candidate stated that we need to assist Syria by allowing the Syrian People under Supression equipment in order for them to protect themselves if this continues. The term “Rebels” continues to be used by the Press versus Democratic Syrian People whom are the one’s being attacked.      I want to add that although Russia and China vetoed the measure Saturday, the United States supported the measure for Assad to give up power to the Vice President.      It doesn’t matter what Russia or China thinks.  It matters what free people think.  Let History be judged by that. The Pentagon today laid out options to assist Syria in this aweful crisis.  It is the last thing the United States wants right now and that is a War.  I think War can be prevented and that is going to be up to the Regime ceasing this while there is a reconstruction of peoples lives there in society.      People that are taking this abuse in Syria are seeing and experiencing first hand what a National Socialist Party can do.  The way the entity came into power at first seemed to be requested by some and unchallenged by the rest.  Now with a changing world I have never seen anything like this.  What I am reading about and seeing each day makes me sick. People want to be like us so let them.

Part 2 Right to Protect Yourself, the loss of individuals talent, the elites supporting financed by whom and from whom while tourism is slow under that regime constantly because nobody wants to visit the oldest city in the world out of fear.  So where does the money come from to purchase the equipment if its own people don’t have to pay property taxes.

Part 3 the Media versus the Media

Now with growing knowledge of what is happening in Syria, the Entity has announced on CNN Press TV this Morning that Al Qaeda is allining with Al Shaabab groups versus the Assad Regime.  This was a surprising announcement to me the fact that barely Al Qaeda is mentioned after there is growing opposition against what is happening in Syria.  What that means is first that report needs to be confirmed as true.  Second if Al Qaeda groups are in Syria then it hurts the effort while the massacres are taking place adding that people will not be able to write about their views with only the media outlets giving the reports with some pictures.  It is absurd the things I notice and tactics I notice some News Groups have while Al Qaeda is old news with Bin Laden Dead.  The Syria government are exaggerators often make stuff up or pretend something is going on when they know they are lying.  This idea that Syrias government is announcing Al Qaeda concerns me as if the prior administration was penetrated by their government on getting this war on terror together while they participated in the war on drugs during two wars which Syria profited from.  Yesterday in Homs, Syria there was 137 confirmed deaths and the pictures and videos show there is no letting up with constant shelling versus targets unknown.  It is a pattern while other proxy wars are going on with people in the middle begging for the United Nations help and nobody is helping them.  Now CNN showed pictures of Al Qaeda allining with another group participating on that.  This needs to be denounced by Democratic Syrian People. I don’t think Al Qaeda affects this problem in Syria with the government ordering the military to indiscriminatly.  If there is such a group like in Iraq the people in Syria can police that without it involving the United States.  I think the News from Syria is they are lying, and the elites whom have supported the Assad Regime took that aggressive step versus people like this since March 2011.  President Obama condemned the violence in Homs, Syria yesterday.

Part 4 .

In a Civil Society when a free person inflicks bodily harm or death versus another free person, that person is arrested first.  Second, the person has a trial.  If the person is guilt of the crime he or she is sentenced to the punishment under the law.  The same goes vica versa when a state is inflicting bodily harm versus another person senselessly.  There is laws to protect  a person whom are human beings from such crimes.
